A one minute stroll will take you to the shops, galleries and cafes. But why stroll, when you can gaze out of the window at the new yachting marina in the tranquil bay and vastitude to the popping fishing pier in the background. A trappy circular walk begins from the door of the house, taking you gently up whilom Mallaig, where you can take in views of the village, Loch Nevis and the Inner Hebrides. The house is ideally situated for wend trips to the Small Isles, Skye and Knoydart, not to mention, directly opposite, is the newly Mallaig Marina for uncontrived wangle to recreations such as sea-kayaking and yachting. A fantastic wiring for sea-kayakers to uncork their explorations. The House Bayview was built in 1907 of solid stone construction and has recently been renovated inside and out to a upper standard, with a cosy wood-burning stove in the lounge and double glazing and inside heating throughout. Completed in January 2015. Accommodation  -  There are three large bedrooms, all of which can unbend Super King or singel beds for a maximum of 6 people. Please contact us to discuss the bed configuration for families. We are completely flexible. There is a brand-new washroom suite upstairs with a large modern curved bath. the perfect place to soak and relax. There is a WC and valley and an integral shower over the bath. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with WC and basin. Living/Dining room. The living/Dining room has a large extendable oak dining-table, seating up to 6 people and over looking the bay. There is a well-appointed leather suite to relax on by the fire and there are a variety of DVDs and Sky TV for your pleasure. There is a cupboard full of family jigsaws and games for all ages. Additional living room, this is a large comfy quiet space with zaftig leather seating and a piano. Sit by the window and watch the comings and goings in the popping marina. Outside. There is a large garden zone to the side of the house that has recently been landscaped to include a patio area, outdoor seating and a drying area.
